1. GENERAL EVENT FAQ

  • What is the event about?
    -ARCHcon (Anime, RPG, Comics & Hobbies Convention) is a charity event for the hobbies community by the community. To learn more about ARCHcon, please read our about page.
  • Where is it going to be?
    -Oakridge Pavillion, Mandaue.
  • When is the event?
    -October 27 & 28, 2018 (11am-7pm)
  • Is there an entrance fee?
    – Yes!
  • How much is the ticket? When will it be sold? Where will I buy it?
    – Regular Day 1 and Day 2 Ticket are Php 150 per day.┬áHead on over to La Tegola, The Terraces, Ayala Center Cebu located at the Ground Floor near Starbucks Coffee from 1pm – 7pm only.
  • Can I buy tickets on the day?
    -Yes, there will be tickets for sale during the event day! Day 1 and Day 2 Ticket are Php 150 per day.
  • Can I cosplay without joining the competition?
    – Yes! As long as you don’t bring realistic guns/metal weapons or expose too much skin. No need to follow our theme. Have fun!
  • Who are the guests?

  • What are the program and highlights?

  • What are the competitions for this year?
    – Video Gaming, Cosplay, Anime Song, Photography, Art. Stay tuned for announcements soon!
  • Are you accepting volunteers for the event?
    – If you are selected, yes! Apply HERE!
  • Can I join the Artist Alley?
    – If you are selected, yes! We will have a screening for the Artists soon! Apply HERE!
  • Can I perform for your event?
    – We will screen entries. Send us a sample video of your performance at archconcebu@gmail.com
  • Can my group have an exhibit for ARCHcon?
    – Yes! You may contact archconcebu@gmail.com for inquiries
  • Can I sell my merchandise/food in your event?
